Tangled Cake

Pink Champagne Cake with filled and frosted with whipped buttercream. I hand-cut Rapunzel with fondant. Pascal (the lizard) is hand-made with fondant. I made the floating lanterns with fondant and drew the suns on them free-hand using a red edible marker. Her hair (fondant) wrapped around the whole top and bottom cake. This was a fun one to create! Happy 2nd Birthday Penelope!
