Rapunzel Cake

Strawberry cake with whipped buttercream and fondant accents. Rapunzel is hand-cut (fondant) and so is the hair wrapping around the cake. Rapunzel took me forever to do, but I am happy how she turned out! Happy Birthday Saachi!
