Halloween Cheesecake!

I decided to try something different....cheesecake! A Halloween Cheesecake that is! Here is the recipe! I made two batches of crusts (I wanted a thicker crust) and three batches of the filling. For the filling I colored two batches orange and one batch black with Wilton  gel colors. Layer them according and let cheesecake freeze overnight. Then, you let the cheesecake thaw in the fridge for a few hours and flip over springform pan and release from pan. I put the cheesecake on a pretty cake platter. I have plans for my next cheesecake....I might mix up the colors and flavors! Enjoy and happy baking! :)

CRUST:
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
Mix crust ingredients and press into bottom and sides of a 8 inch spring form pan
FILLING:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. sour cream
In medium size bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add condensed milk, stir in lemon juice and sour cream; blend ingredients well.
