Sophia The First Cake and Cupcakes

Chocolate cake with whipped buttercream and fondant accents. The crown is hand-made from gumpaste. Cupcakes are chocolate with whipped buttercream, fondant crowns, and some edible glitter and edible pearls. Happy 5th Birthday Annika!

AJ's Cakes, LLC: I am married to my wonderful husband David! We are a busy military family with three kids! Breanna is 7, Ethan is 5 and Cole is 3. I love being a mom, but I also have a passion for cake decorating. I am a Cake Decorator-Wilton Method Instructor at Michaels. I teach 4 cake classes at Michaels.
