Raceway Park Cookies

Cut out cookies for the Final Final race at Raceway Park in Shakopee, MN! Raceway park is closing for good and these were cookies for the final event.

AJ's Cakes, LLC: I am married to my wonderful husband David! We are a busy military family with three kids! Breanna is 7, Ethan is 5 and Cole is 3. I love being a mom, but I also have a passion for cake decorating. I am a Cake Decorator-Wilton Method Instructor at Michaels. I teach 4 cake classes at Michaels. It is so fun teaching people how to decorate cakes! I named my business AJ's cakes because my first name is Amanda and my middle name is Jean.
