This cake is a full sheet cake; lemon and chocolate cake with whipped buttercream and fondant accents. I printed the Inspector Gadget with edible ink and edible paper. The flashlight, Dr. Sharpie Badge, Top Secret Envelope, and magnifying glass were all hand cut with fondant. Jim's nickname is inspector gadget, Doctor, and Sharpie. So, that is why I did an Inspector Gadget themed cake with Doctor Sharpie on the gold badge. Happy Retirement Jim!
