Promotion Cupcakes~Chocolate cupcakes with whipped white chocolate buttercream and fondant cupcake toppers. These were for a promotion to captain in the US Navy. So, I made the silver captain bars from Brianna's uniform for the cupcake toppers. There were 40 cupcakes total. Congratulations Brianna! :)
