Boston Cream Pie

Boston Cream Pie-covered in chocolate ganache with chocolate crums/curls and whipped buttercream, chocolate ganache and chocolate mousse swirls. :) yummy! ;)

AJ's Cakes, LLC: I am married to my wonderful husband David! We are a busy military family with three kids! Breanna is 7, Ethan is 5 and Cole is 3. I love being a mom, but I also have a passion for cake decorating. I am a Cake Decorator-Wilton Method Instructor at Michaels. I teach 4 cake classes at Michaels. It is so fun teaching people how to decorate cakes! I named my business AJ's cakes because my first name is Amanda and my middle name is Jean.
