I did this cake for my daughter's 6th birthday party. The barbie is chocolate peanut butter cake with chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant. The bottom cake is marble with chocolate buttercream filling and whipped vanilla buttercream on top. Lots of fondant, gum paste and buttercream decorations!
