Spiderman Topsy Turvy Cake

This is my son-Ethans birthday cake! Spiderman of course for a 5 year old! I had lots of fun doing a topsy turvy cake! The top tier is vanilla white chocolate with chocolate ganache filling. It is frosted with vegan whipped chocolate buttercream. The bottom cake is chocolate cake with whipped buttercream and fondant stripes. Check out my slide show for more views of this cake! XBox Cake

This cake is strawberry with whipped buttercream and covered in fondant with fondant details. The controller and game are made with rice krispies, buttercream and fondant on top. The game was printed with edible paper and edible ink. This was a fun one and the family loved it! ;)

Pink and Yellow Cake

This is a single tier cake with pink and yellow ribbon roses and decorative swirls and edging.

Breanna-All Star Dancer!

My daughter's dance recital cake-I also did this cake during a Wilton Demonstration at Michaels in Shakopee, MN. This cake is vanilla white chocolate cake with banana cream filling and fondant accents.

Black and White Bling Cake

My 30th Birthday Cake! Purse is vanilla white chocolate cake with banana cream filling, middle layer is red velvet cake with vegan buttercream filling, bottom layer is chocolate cake with oreo buttercream filling. All three cakes were iced in chocolate ganache and covered in homemade marshmellow fondant. LOTS of work, but it was so fun! Thanks for looking! :)
